For the Schezwan Dosa:
- 1/2 cup of Schezwan sauce
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicum
- Salt to taste
For the Pav Bhaji Dosa:
- 1/2 cup of Pav Bhaji masala
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped capsicum
- Salt to taste
Instructions
For the Dosa batter:
- Soak the rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in water separately for 4-5 hours.
- Grind the urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a mixer until it becomes a smooth paste.
