Bread kulfi is a delicious dessert that is easy to make and perfect for summer. This recipe is a unique twist on traditional kulfi and uses bread and milk to create a creamy and rich dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 10-12 chopped pistachios
  • 10-12 chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Cut off the edges of the bread slices and then cut them into small pieces.
  • In a pan, add milk and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the bread pieces to the milk and continue to simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the bread has completely softened and the milk has thickened, add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
  • Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, add cardamom powder, chopped pistachios, and chopped almonds. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small containers and freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds. Garnish with more chopped pistachios and almonds if desired.
